(Non-Lending Appraisals)

At Akrivis, we take pride in delivering professional, unbiased real estate valuation services.
Refund Eligibility Appraisal fees are non-refundable once the valuation process has commenced, including property research, data analysis, or site inspection. If a cancellation request is received prior to the start of any appraisal-related work, a full or partial refund may be issued.
Partial Refunds If work has begun but the report is not yet completed, Akrivis may issue a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed. This is determined at the sole discretion of Akrivis and will be communicated transparently to the client.
Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of engagement. Refunds will not be issued due to changes in client needs, dissatisfaction with the valuation outcome, or disputes over property value.
No Guarantee of Outcome Appraisal services are provided independently and objectively. Fees are charged for the professional service rendered-not for a predetermined value or outcome.
Dispute Resolution If you believe an error has occurred in the valuation process, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving the report. We will review your concerns and determine whether a revision or clarification is warranted. Refunds are not issued for disputes over valuation conclusions.
