Quality You Expect

Submission

When you submit an order for a real estate valuation with Akrivis, you’ll receive a unique tracking ID, instructions on how to set up the physical inspection, and an order completion date.

Analysis

After the observation, our team of real estate valuation experts will compile a workup of required information to meet FIRREA, HMDA, and IAG regulations. Our evaluations include insights about recent sales, square footage, acreage, year built, room count, current usage, and more.

Inspection

You’ll choose a drive-by property inspection or full interior inspection. We’ll then assign one of our representatives to observe the property. The observation date is based on the completion of the inspection.

Review

All real estate valuations and appraisals are internally reviewed using team-based collaboration to ensure every customer receives the most accurate and compliant results, before sending the final product and invoice.
