Inspection Options for Valuations

NO SITE VISIT/DESKTOP

Our team will utilize online imagery to develop the report. This selection can also be chosen if you, the customer, would like to provide the inspection at the time of placing your order.

EXTERIOR ONLY/DRIVE-BY

This provides photos of the subject from the public roadway. Also commonly referred to as a “drive-by” inspection.

INTERIOR/FULL INSPECTION

This is commonly referred to as a “full inspection” and provides interior and exterior photos of the property. This inspection type requires a site contact for scheduling purposes.

FLOOR PLAN

This is an interior and exterior inspection of a property that also includes a digitally constructed floor plan of the property. It includes a digital layout and square footage of the property.
