A workup of required information to meet regulations, including assessments, recent sales, square footage/acreage, year built, room counts and current usage, is collected using multiple sources. A “looker” is assigned for the observation of the property.
Choose a drive-by property inspection or an interior observation scheduled with a property representative. Observation date is assigned upon completion of inspection.
Our team thoroughly reviews every project during our AkriVisory™ Sessions, using team-based collaboration to examine the initial valuation report to ensure every customer receives the most accurate result possible. Changes are made and a final internal review is conducted before an evaluation package is sent to the customer.
