These hybrid appraisals are signed off by certified general appraisers, are USPAP compliant and adhere to FIRREA, HMDA and Interagency Guidelines (IAG), making them an asset for legal and lending purposes.
Site Inspection Options
Our commercial evaluations and hybrid appraisals are customizable with a variety of site inspection options.
No Site Visit/Desktop
Our team will utilize online imagery to develop the report. This selection can also be chosen if you, the customer, would like to provide the inspection at the time of placing your order.
Exterior Only/Drive-by
An exterior inspection provides photos of the subject from the public roadway. Also commonly referred to as a “drive-by” inspection.
Interior/Full Inspection
An interior inspection, commonly referred to as a “full inspection”, provides interior and exterior photos of the property. (This inspection type requires a site contact to be provided for scheduling purposes.)
Floor Plan
A floorplan is an interior and exterior inspection of a property which also includes a digitally constructed floorplan of the property. The floorplan includes a digital layout of the property as well as the gross square footage of the property.
